Australian Domestic Shipping

Orders under $150 ~ $10 standard shipping | 3-8 business days

Orders under $150 ~ $15 express Post | 1-4 business days

Orders over $150 ~ FREE express shipping | 1-4 business days


All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Orders are sent from our warehouse in Queensland. All orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from purchase.


International Shipping

$35 standard shipping flat rate on all international orders | 6-10 business days

International orders may be subject to additional duties, customs or taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Customers are responsible for these costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

You can return your online purchase in original, unworn condition within 14 days from delivery date *excludes sale items.

Tess & Tango is not responsible for lost returns. Please retain the tracking number.

Allow 5 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our return address for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once the return has been finalised.


Full Priced Items

Returns / refunds are offered on purchases that were made on full priced items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed minus shipping paid originally. 

Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 days for the refund to appear back in your account *depending on your bank.


Sale Items

We do not offer returns / refunds on any sale items. Sale items are final *unless there is a manufacturing fault.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes of the same product and price. If you wish to swap to a different product, a refund must be initiated. Same shipping rates apply. We do not cover postage costs.


How to organise a refund or exchange?

You can return your items by sending them back to us. To initiate your return or exchange, email hello@tessandtango.com and include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Refund / Exchange for different size / Return for different product
  • Reason
